Autumn Sky 24" x 24"

I very much enjoyed painting this autumn Sky. I had been driving around looking at the colours of the sky. When I caught up with these clouds I pulled into a parking lot, took some photos. I immediately started sketching to decide on a composition. This painting was started and finished within a week of eyeing these clouds. I always like to have things fresh in my mind when I paint.
